1. Registration and Ordering. Before using certain parts of this Site or ordering products, you must complete a registration form. These partners may combine your email information with other information they have access to such as mailing address so that Vesmoon may serve relevant marketing offers to you via direct mail. If you do not want Vesmoon to collect information about you, please contact Vesmoon to opt out.

We do not sell or rent information about our customers and all information provided to Vesmoon remains confidential, except that:

A. We may share aggregate or summary information regarding our customers with partners, advertisers or other third parties. This data will never identify you personally.

B. We may share information with companies that provide support services to us (such as a printer, mailing house, fulfillment company or web host) or that help us market our products and services. These companies may need information about you/your business in order to perform their functions. These companies are not authorized to use the information we share with them for any other purpose.

C. We will use your personal information to communicate with you about your orders and deliveries, and we may send you a confirmation e-mail(s) when you register or place an order with us. Also, if you submit your e-mail address to register for marketing e-mail or other promotional information, or to open a Vesmoon account, we use it to deliver the information to you. E. We may publicly disclose the name, city, and state of the winner of any online sweepstakes or marketing campaigns.

We have taken reasonable measures to protect your personal information and to ensure that your order and your credit card information are safe and secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS), an advanced encryption technology.

The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent credit card charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to the full $50.00, Vesmoon will cover the entire liability, up to the full $50.00.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card according to its reporting rules and procedures.

Please note that Vesmoon will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Vesmoon online shopping while using our secure server.

We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have collected personally identifiable information from a user of the Site who is under the age of thirteen, we will remove that child’s personal information from our files.

The Vesmoon, LLC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Vesmoon, LLC (“Vesmoon, LLC”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Vesmoon, LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Vesmoon, LLC through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Vesmoon, LLC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18337034326 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Vesmoon, LLC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
